Renowned for its educational content, the conference is designed to be interactive and engaging while providing time for thought provoking discussions. At this year's conference, the focus is on Driving Global Action toward a Low Carbon Economy. Delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and international delegations will work together to outline how the building sector can contribute to meeting global greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets. been one of the highlights of the CaGBC National Conference.
Each year awards
are given to individuals and project teams who have helped to advance the cause of green building
including new awards for: Inspiring Home Award, Tenant Improvement, and Zero Carbon; plus categories for: Green Building Pioneer, Excellence in Green Building - Existing Building and Excellence in Green Building - New Construction, Inspired Educator, Emerging Green Leader, Volunteer Leadership - Technical, Volunteer Leadership - Chapter, Green Building Champion; and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
